The Role of Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator in the ambulance care's administrative team, you will work with scheduling and personnel planning for employees within ambulance care and have a lot of contact with both employees and managers. You will work in the personnel administrative system Heroma.
Your work is very significant for employees, managers, and ultimately for the patient to receive the right competence in the ambulance. You are an important support to the management team and assist with preparations for management meetings, which you also participate in. You will also work with IT-related tasks and other administrative tasks of varying nature.
The position we offer is a permanent full-time employment with a start date according to agreement. Your placement will be in Jönköping, and you will work office hours Monday to Friday.

In Region Jönköping County, there are 25 ambulances, including a light care ambulance and a transport ambulance distributed across twelve stations. Your Profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative, service-oriented role and wants to develop their skills. You have an interest in, and preferably experience with, scheduling work, have good computer skills, and are comfortable using a computer as a working tool. We would like you to have worked in some personnel administrative system before, such as Heroma or equivalent. It is also important that you have good knowledge of the Office package, such as Excel. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
We view positively that you have experience in administrative work, preferably within healthcare. You should have a completed high school education, and we would also like you to have a post-secondary education in administration or another education that the employer assesses as equivalent. Since travel within the county may occur in the position, a B driver's license is required.
